Sony Pictures TV strategy was to take the LA Screening in a different direction by creating a one-night presentation with talent and clips of each of our shows, followed by a client party. The venue space was transformed with Sony branding and creative, highlighting their shows throughout the party space. Key clients were able to interact with talent, eat delicious food and were able to leave with goodie bag, which had a Pawny Funko Doll, Diddy Riese and Pilot Cards inside. Sony had talent ranging from Curtis Jackson, Fran Drescher, Jessica Alba, Paul Reiser to Helen Hunt, marking this year’s LA Screenings as one to remember.

For this year’s FYC event, Sony Pictures Television took over Sony Studio’s Main Street and Theaters to create a fully immerse experience for the television academy members. Highlighting the following shows Shark Tank, 7 Days Out, Goldbergs, Cobra Kai, Deadly Class, LA’s Finest, Atypical, Good Doctor and One Day at Time. The panels were comprised of talent, executives, and creators from each of the shows. In addition to the panels, we created fun vignettes based on the shows, which ranged from a Virtual Reality experience for the Good Doctor to show dogs to for 7 Days Out.
Secured a marketing sponsorship for Hulu to have presence at Cannes Lions Entertainment Festival. The sponsorship included an Lions Entertainment Lanyard, 10 Full week delegate passes, Full page advertisementin the official Festival program, Cannes connect bar party and Cannes meeting space at the Croisette. In addition, to the sponsorship we provided the festival with speaker sessions CEO Mike Hopkins, and actor/writer/producer Mindy Kaling.
Hulu hosted The Path Cinespia FYC event with a screening of the season finale followed by a Q&A with the cast and producers of The Path. The event took place at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
We transformed the Hollywood Cemetery to recreate The Path with show-themed elements such as teepees, flower crowns, ladders and “the eye”. As a special treat, Shake Shack catered the event that was attended by over 400 Academy members.
To take advantage of the outdoor space and create an inviting ambiance, the lawn was decked out with Mexican blankets, pillows, and popcorn and churros were provided during the screening.

The 2016 Hulu Upfront took place at Madison Square Garden Theater and was hosted by Broad City’s Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer. The presentation featured talent from our original content, anddiscussed our new deals and ground breaking advertising partnerships with Nielsen and Millward Brown. The hour-long and session was attended by over 2,800 guests - 1,000 more than the previous year.
Immediately following the Upfront, we hosted a Talent and Press Brunch at ABC Kitchen with key journalists, talent, and a top advertiser from Zenith Media. This was an intimate brunch to introduce journalists to our talent as well as give our talent an opportunity.

Hulu participated at Deadline’s first-ever The Contenders Emmys event at the DGA Theater in Hollywood. The event consisted of panels featuring 36 shows presented by 18 studios and networks. Hulu had three panels at the event: Casual, The Path and 11.22.63.
Immediately following the presentation, Hulu sponsored a cocktail party on behalf of 11.22.63. The DGA was transformed to recreate Al’s Dinner with milkshakes, burgers, and apple pies. There were over 400 guests at the party. Following the event, Deadline sent out a survey to all attendees regarding shows that were not previously on their radar to watch. Hulu received two of the top five shows (The Path and 11.22.63).

Created an on-brand, functional space for Hulu employees to meet with clients, partners and prospective business partners. Suites featured meeting rooms equipped with video wall build-outs, lounge spaces and snacks at the Aria Hotel.
Hulu hosted an attractive, fresh, innovative networking happy hour for 600 + including Hulu’s clients, partners, board members and press at barMASA @ ARIA.
The space included projection mapped decor, content sizzles and feature walls showcasing brand and content assets.
Hulu partnered with Fox to produce a Golden Globe Viewing Party and Post Party at the Fox Pavilion at The Beverly Hilton. Hulu had a reserved seating area at the party as well as branded elements (step and repeat, nomination slides with key art on all TV screens,
Upon arrival attendees were greeted with Hulu branded decor and a hash tag #foxhuluparty was used for social media to help promote this event. Guests enjoyed the open bar, buffet especially Jon & Vinny's pizza.

The MTV Video Music Awards took place in New York City. The event was a well produced weekend of numerous consumer and VIP client events.
The weekend kicked off with a super fancy Welcome Reception at the RAMSCALE Penthouse Studios with the stunning NYC skyline as the backdrop. VMA-Nominated artist Mikky Ekko performed and NYC-native DJ Sean Perry kept the party going all night long.
Clients relaxed and recharged on the rooftop of the Mondrian SoHo at SOAKED throughout the weekend and filled their MTV VMA bags from a custom swag suite.
Clients were treated to a decadent Pre-Party at the 40/40 Club, the record-breaking show at the Barclays Center, and the official Post-Party at Marquee (where the CDM party, um, never ended).
Hosted VIPs from nearly all distribution partners across multiple disciplines, responsibilities and levels, bringing to life the wonder, splendor and insanity of the VMAs through the event experience.
Time Warner Cable Friday Night Party
Created a concert for 1000+ TWC customers, featuring VMA nominated artists and performers Robin Thicke and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis with celebrity DJ Mayer Hawthorne. The party, a benefit for Lifebeat: the music industry fights HIV, was attended by VIPs from Viacom, Lifebeat and Time Warner Cable.
The event was held at Terminal 5 and was tauted the hottest pre-VMA ticket in town. Lines of people hoping to get into the party literally wrapped around the block.
TWC distributed tickets to customers at retail via an innovative Twitter campaign. We created and executed a social media strategy to promote and support the event, which included FB, Twitter and Instagram. MTV social activation, in support of the event, far over-delivered on any expectations.
Received great press leading up to the event with stories in USA Today, the NY Post and Daily News.
TWC also gave away a VMA trip for two for its Back to School Sweeps via Facebook as well, creating many touchpoints leading up to the show. Secured and managed Red Carpet Access for TWC during the show.
Each year one of the most highly anticipated events takes place in Telluride, Colorado, The VH1 Lift Ticket to Ride. This event is an invite only weekend for not only VIP clients, their families also are invited to attend.
The entertainment includes current VH1 music artists who perform in an intimate setting each night.
